What art services do you offer?

I provide COMMISSIONS, ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, PRINTS, SMALL PRODUCTS & COURSES. Visit my SHOP to discover them.

How can I buy an Original Artwork?

There are two ways to explore and enjoy beautifully EMPOWERING Original Paintings in your own home:

-You can check out my Original Paintings currently available in my SHOP.

-You can contact me to commission a custom painting of your own.

I love the painting but what if I’m unsure how it will look in my home?

No problem! Take a clear, well-lit photo of your wall space where you would like the painting to be and send it to aletia@artbyaletia.com. I can digitally mockup the painting you would like, in your space for you to preview!  

Can you tell me how to start your Commission process?

Of course! Having your own custom commission radiating in your home is the ultimately authentic personal experience to celebrate the animals you love in your life, making comforting memorials & helping you continue your emotional journey.  Fill in my enquiry form (obligation free) to start the fun and easy Commission process.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

I sure do! There are so many options here, Gift Cards are a great option if you would like to gift an amount but are unsure exactly what they would like. Get yours HERE.

How often do you release new Original Paintings?

There are no set dates for when new paintings are released but to be the know when a new painting is available be sure to sign up to my NEWSLETTER, you also get a free gift when you do.

Can you hold a painting for me and do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans on original paintings so you can claim your dream painting before anyone else whilst being mindful of your budget! I will mark the painting as sold once your deposit is received and send the artwork once payments are complete.

How does framing work?

Original paintings (unless marketed unframed) come already framed to best compliment the painting. They are beautifully handmade frames produced by my local framers, made from the best quality solid Obeche wood.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Pre-framed original paintings have a lead time of 2 weeks for packaging and preparation for shipping. Small products take 1 -3 business days.

For commissions a bespoke time frame will be agreed on the completion of the painting.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! Original paintings and small products can be shipped worldwide, please note that artwork maybe subject to taxes/ fees subject to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for further details on taxes and fees. For a shipping cost estimate please contact me or email me at aletia@artbyaletia.com.

UK delivery will calculated at checkout. Your painting will be packed in premium packaging and be sent with a tracking ID. The customer’s signature will be required for your security and satisfaction.

Are you considerate of the environment and our future planet?

I sure am! The environment and the future of our planet is very important to me, so I reuse boxes and packaging (including plastic to save it ending up in landfill) from my art supply deliveries wherever possible for your purchases. Don’t worry this won’t compromise the protection of your painting during transit.

I like to work with companies and suppliers that have an ethical and environmentally friendly ethos, (again this never compromises on quality) this also reflects on the art materials I use from my acrylic paint, to my canvas’ and tools that have been sourced to be ethical and as eco-friendly as possible.

The print company I collaborate with for small products and prints produce on demand to reduce waste, using only eco inks, 100% vegan, organic products made from recycled materials and are made in one UK facility in London to reduce CO2 emissions.

All paper and timber products are made from FSC-certified or recycled materials.

Do you help others?

Yes, I do! I have always been passionate about wild horses since I was young and am always looking for ways, I can help the Brumby and Mustang plight.

Also Trees are the lungs of our planet and so trees being planted for every painting sold!

What is your Returns Policy?  

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in a case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happened, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss solutions.

For any issues regarding small products and prints, please contact Contrado directly.
